About Whim Hospitality
Whim Hospitality has been bringing heart, creativity, and excellence to Texas events since 2012. We offer a great selection of tents and party rentals for weddings and events. As part of our Tents & Rentals team, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating seamless, unforgettable events.

Job Summary
We’re seeking motivated Tent Installers to join our rentals crew. This role requires stamina, strength, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Tent Installers are responsible for setting up and breaking down tents, staging, lighting, and rental equipment while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and take down tents, stages, and dance floors.
Inspect, clean, and maintain tents and equipment.
Assist in the warehouse with inventory and preparation.
Operate hand tools and forklifts safely.
Communicate with clients, supervisors, and teammates.
Uphold Whim’s safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, bend, and walk frequently.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Prior event setup or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Weekends are required.
