Position Overview
The Guest Services team is essential to delivering a wellness-driven, health-forward experience across both the spa and pool areas. Servers and bartenders create a calm, welcoming environment by presenting a menu centered on clean ingredients, refreshed energy, and simple, beautiful service.
As part of a serene, guest-focused front-of-house team, you will offer warm guidance, strong beverage knowledge, and thoughtful hospitality that supports each guest’s restorative journey. You will work closely with the Back-of-House team to maintain consistency, quality, and a smooth, peaceful flow of service that reflects the spa and pool’s elevated standards.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Daytime/early-evening schedule only — no late nights ever
- Typical shift: 11:00am–7:00pm
- Supports predictable, balanced rhythms prioritizing wellness, stability, and long-term work-life harmony
- Weekends are REQUIRED
- Deliver warm, restorative hospitality in a calm, well-aligned environment
- Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, wellness drinks, and menu offerings
- Support a clean, organized atmosphere across spa and pool service areas
- Communicate effectively with BOH and management to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold brand standards through thoughtful presentation, timing, and guest engagement
