Are you the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps things running smoothly? Do you take pride in a perfectly placed table, a seamless setup, and turning a blank venue into an unforgettable scene? If so, we want you on our team.
As a Banquet and Event Houseman, you’re the magic maker—the go-to for setting the stage (literally!) for weddings, events, and special moments across our five gorgeous venues. This role is all about logistics, hustle, and teamwork. You'll help create wow-worthy experiences for our guests and ensure smooth operations for your fellow team members.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Transform spaces by setting up tables, chairs, decor, and more for events big and small
- Keep guest areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces clean, tidy, and looking sharp
- Take care of event equipment, tools, and supplies with care and responsibility
- Read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) like a boss—knowing the setup, the flow, and the feel of each event
- Be a team player and communicator—stay in sync with Account Managers, Event Leads, and fellow crew members
- Lead by example when supporting and motivating any assistants or team members on shift
- Manage and maintain inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and event essentials
- Be flexible, fast on your feet, and ready for whatever the day (or night) may bring
What You Bring to the Party:
- At least 1 year of experience in banquet/events or food & beverage operations
- You’re 25 or older with a clean driving record (we trust you with the van and gear!)
- A solid understanding of event setup styles (banquet, classroom, cocktail—you name it)
- Great communication skills—both speaking and reading comprehension
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable moving equipment and furniture regularly
- A can-do attitude, reliable work ethic, and attention to detail that makes all the difference
